Education and experience

Jef Schoofs obtained his Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2026. During his Master’s programme, he focused primarily on economic and private law. This interest arose because, during his Bachelor’s degree, he chose the additional module in Economics, Law and Business Administration. In October 2026, he was admitted to the Antwerp Bar and began working as a trainee solicitor at Confidenz Advocaten.

Expertise

Within the firm, Jef specialises primarily in company and corporate law. He assists companies and entrepreneurs with a wide range of matters: from contract negotiations and advising on disputes to handling insolvency proceedings. In addition, he has a broad range of legal interests.
